What does 'Alpha' mean next to push + email digest?
We don't claim a feature is live when it isn't. Push alerts and email digest are wired in the backend but guarded by feature flags until closed-Alpha testing confirms they behave. The moment they flip live in production, the Alpha label comes off — no quiet upgrades.
Why these four tiers?
We ran eight tiers for a few weeks and it was too much. More names, more price-points, more choice-paralysis — and worse, the price-to-feature ladder wasn't legible. E14 (22.04.2026) consolidated everything to Free / Starter / Pro / One. Every backend capability a user had on the old plans now maps cleanly to one of these four. Existing subscribers keep their current price until next renewal, then roll to the closest new tier.
Is there a refund policy?
EU distance-selling law: 14-day withdrawal right for new signups. For ongoing subscriptions, partial refunds are handled case-by-case — email support@sovarion.ai.
Does Sovarion give investment advice?
No. Sovarion is research software. We don't execute trades, we don't hold assets, we don't advise. Our scores are a structured research output — the decision to trade is yours.
Do you share my data with third parties?
No resale to ad networks, no broker integrations, no market-maker kickbacks. Stripe receives payment metadata (required). Our AI provider receives anonymised forecast requests so the analysis can be generated.
What's included in on-demand analyses?
One request creates one forecast or research report for a specific asset and horizon. It includes direction, target, evidence, risks, invalidation logic, market context, and the quality-gate result. On-demand requests use Sova Coins.
What happens when proof matures?
Every forecast is evaluated after its deadline when enough price snapshots exist. Matured outcomes flow into Archive and Track Record, including hit rate and target-hit context. Long-horizon research only becomes statistically meaningful after enough 7d/30d/60d/90d forecasts mature.
